We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color within 30 days. If you would like to exchange your purchase with a different item, you can return the original item in accordance with our return policy (see here) and place a new order.

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If, during its lifetime, your item should require repair, we offer a repair service for many of our products. There is a minimum $20 shipping & handling charge for each item submitted for repair. All our products are handmade in our family owned factory in Mumbai, India. It’s modeled on a traditional Italian workshop but is rooted in the commitment to craftsmanship that Hiten, our founder, grew up alongside in Bombay. Owning our own factory, and staffing it with dedicated craftspeople — many of whom have been with us since the beginning — helps keep our costs low by minimizing production delays, reducing manufacturing errors, and conducting quality control in real-time.
We believe in using only the highest-quality full-grain leathers. Leathers that we’ve actually held. Leathers that we want to live with. Leathers that develop beautiful patinas. Leathers that we want to pass down.
We select our leathers from Italian tanneries which have earned Gold and Silver ratings from the Leather Working Group. Knowing the origin, we then choose our leathers in person, judging their quality by touch and sight, and always keeping the end product in mind.
For all items designated as gifts, we will include complimentary gift packaging. Small items will be wrapped in tissue and boxed. Larger items and bags will be wrapped in tissue and placed inside a Tusk canvas tote. Prices will be removed on all gifts and a gift receipt will be included.
