We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at hello@tusk.com and we’ll take you through the process.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

All our bags are wallet are hand crafted in our family owned factory in Mumbai. Our artisans have been trained by crafstman from Italy. All our raw materials including leathers are hand selected by our team in New York and shipped in from Italy.

For all repair inquiries, please email us at hello@tusk.com. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote. We cannot repair all issues so we will first evaluate whether we are able to repair your item

All repairs will be complete within 2 months of when we receive them.
