New, unused full-price merchandise purchased from tusk.com and shipped within the continental United States may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and undamaged, with original packaging, tags and tickets attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $4.95 flat-rate handling fee per return package is deducted from refunds. Exchanges are always free. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

All our bags are wallet are hand crafted in our family owned factory in Mumbai. Our artisans have been trained by crafstman from Italy. All our raw materials including leathers are hand selected by our team in New York and shipped in from Italy.

For all repair inquiries, please email us at hello@tusk.com. Please include your name, proof of purchase, and a description and photo of the damage to help us provide you with an accurate repair quote. We cannot repair all issues so we will first evaluate whether we are able to repair your item

All repairs will be complete within 2 months of when we receive them.
