Free Shipping
Tusk.com offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more shipping to the continental U.S. Orders eligible for this offer will be shipped using Standard shipping. Following order confirmation and credit card authorization, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 4–5 business days.
Return Policy within the Continental United States
At Tusk, we want you to love what you carry. New, unused full-price merchandise purchased from our website and shipped within the Continental United States may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
• Unused and undamaged
• Returned in the same packaging and condition in which they were received
• Sent back with all original tags and tickets attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $4.95 flat-rate handling feewill be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are always free.
Please include your receipt or gift receipt. Items purchased at retail shops, department stores, or specialty stores must be returned to the original place of purchase. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Claims for non-delivered orders must be filed within 7 days of the notified delivery date.
International Shipping

Order shipped outside the US may be subject to local customs duties. Payment for those duties rests solely with the customer, Tusk assumes no liability for such duties and will deduct any return shipping charges for refusal to accept the package for any reason.
