Product Care Instructions

We utilize a range of different leathers and fabrics in our products. All of our leathers require minimal maintenance. Vegetable tanned leathers in general do not require cleaning and become increasingly supple with use. Embossed leathers can be wiped with a damp cloth. We do not recommend the use of any oil based products such as mink oil since they may stain the leather. We also do not recommend the use of any cleaners to remove ink, grease or oil as these types of stains have a tendency to bleed. Whenever attempting to clean anything, always test clean a less visible area before trying on the entire piece.

All fabrics may be gently wiped with a damp soft cloth and a small amount of diluted dish soap. Always test wipe in a hidden area first before trying on the entire bag.

Return Policy

At Tusk, your satisfaction is guaranteed. New, unused Full Price merchandise, purchased from our website, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase. No questions asked! Please return all items with the original tags and tickets attached. Please include your receipt or gift receipt. Regrettably, shipping is nonrefundable. Shipping charges will be applied to replacement items. Items purchased at other retail shops, department stores or specialty stores may not be returned to our online store. Sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.

Manufacturing Defects

We guarantee all Tusk products against manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. If a product you purchased from Tusk.com has a manufacturing defect, please call Customer Service at 1-888-438-8875 immediately. Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product or one of equal value. Please be aware that there are no warranties expressed or implied about the appropriate use of a Tusk product.

Repair Policy

Our products are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If, during its lifetime, your item should require repair, we offer a repair service for many of our products. There is a minimum $20 shipping & handling charge for each item submitted for repair. Please contact us via phone or email with details about your repair request.

Shipping

Standard Shipping (Ground) is $7.95 for destinations within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Gift Packaging

For all items designated as gifts, we will include complimentary gift packaging. Small items will be wrapped in tissue and boxed. Larger items and bags will be wrapped in tissue and placed inside a Tusk canvas tote. Prices will be removed on all gifts and a gift receipt will be included.
