Shipping and Returns

We ship within the US. Receive free shipping in the U.S and Canada on orders over $75. If you live outside the US and would like to place an order, email us at hello@tusk.com or give us a call at (888) 438-8875.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at hello@tusk.com and we’ll take you through the process.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are final sale.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been shipped out already, it can not be modified.

Product Information

All our bags are wallet are hand crafted in our family owned factory in Mumbai. Our artisans have been trained by crafstman from Italy. All our raw materials including leathers are hand selected by our team in New York and shipped in from Italy.
